Aim of R.L.Chohan (Retired Chief Judicial Magistrate)

After his retirement he was having earnest desire that he would give appropriate guidance of law to new law graduates and would make them capable for competing for the examination of Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrate. Immediate after his retirement he taught all subjects of law to 1.Ms.Suman Agnihotri(Posted at Mukerian), 2. Ms.Indu Bala(Posted at Ludhiana), 3. Mr. Mandeep Singh Badhan (Posted at Amritsar), 4. Ms. Nirmala Devi (Posted at suman), 5. Ms. Monika Chauhan (Posted at Phagwara), 6. Ms.Rita Hans (Posted at Bathinda), 7. Mr. Gagandeep (Posted at Jalandhar), 8. Ms.Sumukhi (Posted at Amritsar), 9. Mr.Manu Mittu (Posted at Amritsar), and they were selected in the year 2010 AND 2012 and are now working as Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrates at their respective places shown against their names. In the year 2014 Mr. Sandeep Singh Bajwa(Posted at Ludhiana) , after getting coaching from Mr. R.L.Chohan, was selected and posted at the stations mentioned against their name

In the year 2014 five students namely Mr. Ankit Airi(Posted at Kapurthala), Ambika Sharma (Posted at Kharar), Chandan Hans (Posted at Batala) Ms. Shweta Dass (Posted at Faridkot) and Ms. Harjinder Kaur (Posted at Guru Har Sahai), after getting coaching from Mr. R.L.Chohan, were selected and posted at the stations mentioned against their names.

In the year 2016 five students namely Ms. Riffi Bhatti (Payal), Ms. Rinky Behl (Kapurthala), Ms. Harmandeep Kaur (Gurdaspur), Ms. Navneet Kaur (Patiala) and Ms. Ankitta Mittal (Ludhiana) after getting coaching from Mr. R.L.Chohan, were selected and posted at the stations mentioned against their names. He has asserted that if a law graduate having strong determination, devotes approximately one year exclusively for studies of law, he can easily qualify for the post of a Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate in any State of India. He has shared his experience that hardworking, discipline, punctuality and exclusive devotion (by giving up all the other activities of life) always make the students successful, capable, effective and efficient Civil Judges. His aim, after retirement, is to make youngsters perfect and master of provisions of law of the country and laws laid down by Hon’ble Supreme Court and various Hon’ble High Courts to enable them to serve nation honestly, wisely, boldly, bravely with full zeal and enthusiasm
